Modular Climbing Park
The modular climbing park is a self-supporting wood and steel construction that requires no structural measures. A standard module is 8 m long, 9.25 m wide, and 10.5 m high. The climbing park can, however, be expanded by one or more modules at any time.
Hardware
- The vertical wooden beams of the facility are fixed in concrete feet. No foundation is required, and therefore no building permit is necessary.
- The specially selected wood is impregnated and weather-resistant and consists of glued laminated timber beams up to 12 m long. The rectangularly arranged cross-connections are self-supporting and fixed with steel connectors.
- All steel connections are hot-dip galvanized and corrosion-protected.
Software
- The stations are tailored to individual requirements and are made of wire and polyamide ropes as well as cords and wooden elements.
- All ropes and cords are UV and weather-resistant. The press connections comply with DIN standards.
- Depending on the available space, a Flying Fox (= zipline) is available as a highlight.
- The facility includes a music and communication system as well as a lighting system.
Safety of the Facility
- To increase safety, the platforms have side railings. The platforms on the lower level are equipped with over-climbing protection.
- Access is impossible when the entry ladder is raised (no vandalism possible!).
Handover
- The facility is handed over turnkey, including a TÜV certificate.
Specials
- The climbing park is also available as a custom-made special production.
- The portable climbing park including a trailer is ideal for showmen. The assembly or disassembly of the facility can be carried out within 24 hours.
